Your gonna have times that:
...you feel that you just will NEVER make your goal.
...you feel that your just spinning your feels and not making any progress
...you feel that your just not designed to be any smaller
...you feel like giving up
...you feel like what's the point
...you feel like no matter how much you lose...you still feel fat
...you feel like you'll never be happy with yourself
BUT TAKE HEART
...consistency is key to success
...if you stick with it...you WILL succeed and reach your goals
...this is a matter of MIND over MATTER so no matter what your mind tells you...perservere and you will WIN!
...moderation is key...ALL or NOTHING will sabotogue your successs
...you didn't do a BAD thing eating that cookie...it was delishous and you enjoyed it...so pick up, and move right back on to plan without persecuting yourself over a very natural act (the act of actually enjoying what you eat)
...you do not have to eat like a bird to lose weight...you are human, so eat like it!
...lastly, HUNGER is not BAD...it's our bodies way of telling us it needs nutrients, so EAT!
...NEVER GIVE UP and it is a mathmatical CERTAINTLY that you will succeed.
