Just want to say you're a huge inspiration. I just downloaded the book you used to my kindle! (healthy advice on the go now)! i thought i had a pretty good handle on eating healthy but this book seems to put into words what i've been trying to accomplish which is having a realistic healthy eating plan that i can maintain when im no longer looking to lose a bunch of weight! Awesome job!
You're an inspiration to me. I'm 17 and I currently weigh 185 and my goal is 130. It doesnt help that im a bit short. I can use all the help I can get =] i have a terrible time sticking to diets.. Any advice would be great. You look great!! I cant wieght till I lose the wieght. I'm looking forward to being confident in my clothes =D
I hope my 15 tattoos look that good if i ever drop my 60lbs. I too do what im told not to do.. what were some guide lines that you followed?
I ate every 4hrs a meal with both protein and carbs and tried to keep my calories somewhere in the 1500-1800 range. I followed the Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads book's eating plan.
