Looking at your original goal post has got me wanting to try weightlifting again. I have not really tried it tho since high school! Do you think those new rules of weightlifting books will be a good place to start? And how many days a week do you lift?

It's a great book! I really enjoyed it. It's also good for reading about myths, proper nutrition, etc. You'll like it!
Lifting....a hhhhh... these days?? Haha!! I work out every day, but that can be anywhere from a 15 minute stroller walk to 1 hour yoga and 40 minutes of heavy lifting. It really depends on what my kids (particularly the 14 week old) let me do
4x a week lifting and 4x a week cardio (2x intervals, 2x long dog walks) are what I normally do, and will again, when these boys let me.
So, I stay on track with nutrition.
Here's my progress so far! 3 months after #2 and about 11lb loss (from that last picture, 147-136lbs)
