I started my journey from 184lbs in june, 2011. Do exercise almost 5 days a week. Eat all healthy low carb food, follow 17 day diet. I got stuck at 159 for long time.
I am happy because size 10 looks good on me. I am 59 years old, so weight loss is slow. But my stamina is increasing, my leg pain has reduced considerably. My tummy has gone considerably inside, so my boobs appear big
I wear 38 size bra, but i do not like that. I would love to go to size 36 bra and
may be size 8 pant and shirt size.
I would love to get some advice from you about platau. And any other thing which may be appropriate. Thanks
