    Once again, thanks everyone, it's so nice to see everyone working towards the same thing. And it does feel really good to be here. Lots of goals to work on still and that keeps me going, it just isn't about the scale number now, it's about running farther, jumping higher

    I would be lying if I said maintenance was easy but I'm more than willing to take the time to figure it out and make this the last time. Good luck to everyone, it can totally be done!

    Tamara - That was sweet and oddly enough, I'm in Alberta too!
