This is the closest I've come to writing my "story"

I loved the stories and the pictures when I first got here. It was nice to know that people like me, my age, my size had succeeded. I knew there was hope

Reeses - I lost the weight with a combination of South Beach Diet and calorie counting. South Beach really helped get my cravings under control and get me on track with healthier choices and calorie counting kept me from going overboard. I also really worked at getting more exercise in. I bought a pedometer and used it to hold myself accountable. It's a complete lifestyle change for me and I love it

You already are a success. You've made the decision to make yourself a priority. 18 lbs down is no small accomplishment. You're right, you can do this!
