WOW! Thank you SO much for posting the pictures.
I have the same goal your mom did - I'm 283 right now, and am aiming (to start) for 135. If I'm comfortable at that, great. If I want to go further, I will.
But I am so happy to see pictures of people who have had the same journey I am just starting today. It reassures me that it is attainable, and I need to just stick to it, and I will succeed.
You both look fantastic! Congratulations to both of you!

How do you all do it, I've been trying to get down to my goal weight of 120 for YEARS and still can't do it, of course living with my parents and brother and mom buying junkfood and not foods that i will lose weight on isn't helping AT ALL.
So what mealplan did you all follow to lose all that weight and how long did it take you? I'm curious.

WOW, I'm not sure if you'll see this, but I wanted to thank you for posting. I started about your starting weight (257) and am your same height. I have been mentally stalled at 220 for a few months now, and starting to think this is the best I can do, I'll have to be happy with 40 lbs gone. But then I saw your pictures and feel hope again. You look amazing, and it makes me think I can get there as well if I just go back to the discipline and positive outlook I had not long ago.
Thank you for posting. You give me hope and inspiration just at the moment I needed it.  Your mother is looking amazing...she looks so much younger than her starting pictures.
