Lost 100lbs!! Before and After pics...New goal needed!
 

Hey everyone!
So I have just met my primary goal of losing 100#'s from 255lbs. down to 155lbs. at 5'7" with a low carb lifestyle and LOTS of cardio and weight-lifting. I have decided to make my next goal of 140#'s and will re-evaluate from there.
Wish me luck! (The after pics are of me at 165ish....I need to get some new ones =)! )
