This had to have been a very disciplined journey.Im interested in how you are keeping it off if you have reached your goal.If you haven't,may I say that you sure look like you have!I lost 90 pounds 10 years ago but it crept back on after a car accident.How are you doing this?Congrads you are the true picture of health!
