5-day miracle diet anyone?
 

Has anyone tried this plan? I found the book and decided to give it a try! It is focused on working with your blood sugar levels to maintain a steady state and make cravings disappear and gain energy. I am through the first five days and I feel sooooo good. I am not even thinking about food!
