I'm Beth and I just found this website..and I'm SOOOO thankful!
After reading a couple of the slimfast threads, I went out and bought enough for the rest of the week and am starting tomarrow. 2 slimfast shakes, snacks and a reasonable dinner.
It' s so encouraging to see the support and encouragement here, I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and being a part of it. Please let me know any advice or wisdom you have to share.
Glad to have you here. I just joined recently myself. I agree with you about how wonderful and helpful this site is! Good luck to you. I know you can do it!! I just started my plan this week and have been going strong. Let us know how you are doing!
