Bootcamp
 
I was wondering if anyone has tried the "Bootcamp" program by Patrick Avon and Maryann Karinch. I have the book from the library and I was wondering if anyone has had success with it. There is more information on exercise than eating but I am looking to increase my exercise. If anyone can give me any feedback that would be great.
