    Does anyone follow the Zone diet? I am curious which diet to follow that may work for me?

    Has anyone out there lost lots of weight that can inspire me?

    Hello, I've had some success with it and enjoy the food a lot.

    Search for my previous posts under Mrs. Yogi and I think you'll get some useful info.

    I started Feb 26/01 and am down 15 lbs and many inches (no more love handles!).
