Hey chickies I am back for good this time. I had to wait to restart b/c lupron depot shot I am going to be taking, and the extra estrogen. So I got the okay to restart. I am going to do the two day Fast Forward first..then go into the Red plan, because I am working out more than I did before. Aside from that I quit smoking as well, so of course my blood sugar levels are all askew. But that will level out with time. I am feeling better since my car accident, and surgery from the endometriosis. The only bad news we received (and I apologize if this is a repost) is that one of my fallopian tubes are blocked, and when we want to get pregnant next year we have to look at Invitro. Well I am glad to be back, and ready to kick weight in the butt, and shed these lbs. I did go to WI yesturday and thankfully I was only 181, but with jeans in which they count as 2 lbs. So I was 179 the same..even with all of the crap that I have been eating...Well not total crap I just have not been on plan to a T. I am happy to be back, and chatting with everyone!

IrishGirl: Glad to see your back and with such energy and determination. Wow, you did great as far as weight and not being on-plan. Just goes to show you what you have to look forward to on maintenance. Glad your feeling better!
