Hey everyone. I have been on the Kashi Go lean program for three weeks and I have lost 12 pounds. I wanted to share my delight in the program with you all.
I have not tried any other diets, except a brief Slim-fast kick eons ago, so I can't compare it to any others. What I can say is that I am a vegetarian trying to avoid refined sugars and eat whole grains and it fits my lifestyle beautifully.
The plan is basically a high fiber, low fat cereal for breakfast, a high protein shake for lunch and a protein bar for a snack whenever you need it. It all tastes good and it's health food so no preservatives or artificial junk.

I should add that I have been doing an hour of yoga 3-4X a week as well.
