Default Wedding day soon- help!

Help! My wedding day is about a month away, and we're getting married in the Bahamas, so lots of bathing suit time!! I've been really watching what I eat (lots of fruits and veggies, cutting out the junk food) and hitting the gym 4-5 times/week (mostly cardio but I've started adding circuit training the past couple of weeks) for the past several months, but my weight's just not budging. I know from experience that once I get the weight off, it's easy for me to maintain it, it's just the getting it off that's the problem! So, although I know there aren't any true "quick fixes" can anyone recommend a good diet plan that will help me lose 5-10 lbs in a month? Not a lot, I know, but it seems impossible to even lose 2 lbs right now!
Thanks!!

You stated that you have been doing mostly cardio for the past few months...but just started circuit training the past couple weeks. My advice is to continue with your new workout schedule that includes the circuit training along with the regular cardio.
Cardio burns a lot of calories and helps you lose weight in general, but it is adding strength training of some sort (weights, resistance training, Pilates, etc.) that really sculpts the muscles and shapes your body. But-you have to give it some time to work.
