Day two - lost 2 lbs. Appetite is not there so I feel more like eating healthy foods. I love the way I feel. Today I am eating fruits, cereals, vegetables and fish for protein, but in small portions. I will drink another 12 to 15 glasses of water. I feel confident that I can do this.
New Diet: Portion Control
Hi. I was wondering with all of the water you drink, do you find yourself up all night letting it out. I increased my water a lot a couple of days ago and had a full bladder nearly every 30 minutes all night and don't feel like I ever slept. I don't know if you get used to it or what happens, do you?
