I started again on The Fat Flush Plan and I'd like to get a thread going, but there would need to be someone else posting too, not just me

Is there anyone on this forum who is on the FFP?

Note: I'm not looking for critiques of the plan or stuff like that, I've been on it and it works for me, I'm just looking for other people who are following it

I read something about the Fat Flush Plan the other day. Does it say anything in the book about taking allergy medication and that it does something to your liver?
