Thumbs up Looking High Fiber Low Carbers

I've been a low carber for a long time and I've lost almost 80 lbs. I've been reading a lot about how we need to be eating complex carbs. I would like to find others who are losing by eating high fiber low carbing. Is there anyone out there doing it this way? Thanks in advance.

You can also try South Beach or Sugar Busters forums. They eat low glycemic, complex carbs on both plans. (They are very similar plans)

WOW Congratulations on your weight loss, thats TERIFFIC

I've been doing atkins, I've lost alot then gained alot back so my strategy has changed. I am trying to keep calories at 1200 - 1400 w/loads of veggies and fresh fruits, but staying away from potatos, rice, pasta, stuff like that. I feel better eating low carb but was having a hard time staying OP lately.

Courage doesn't always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow."
