I ordered the book and boy is this snail SLOOOW.
Anyone on this or tried this???

I lost 60 lb's. about 6 years ago, saw a sample of a weeks worth of under 20 grams a day of fat menu's and lost it in about 5 months . Soooooo now I am ready to try again after I just got off Atkins, not much sucsess there.
(well I did succeed at feelin' a little greasy, and my pee suceeded at smelling really proteiny).
