I know that it is a selection plan. You had fruit, veg, bread & cereal, meats & protein, milk & dairy and optional points. You actually wrote in the books what you were eating and marking off the boxes according to the selection.
I was on it while I was in high school...1991.
There are 3 choices: you can either give up, give in, or give it your all!
