On the Zone Diet #28 someone called "power diet" is selling a weight loss system or product (I didn't read the whole thing) but I believe this in violation of our registration agreement.

I didn't know how else to let you know. You may want to check it out-- we have 2 Zone #28s-- it is on the thread with 10 or less replies. The most current one.

Just to let you know that you don't have to delete the whole thread. When you click on delete you will go to a page that has a thing to click on that says delete, well if you just want to delete certain posts, go right below it and you will see where it says if you want to selectively delete posts with in this thread click here(or something like that anyway)Anyway if you click on the word here you will be able to delete just those posts that you want to. My e-mail is [email protected] if you ever want to e-mail me and also anyone on the forum who may have a problem can too. Mrs Jim, since we both moderate this forum I think it would be beneficial for us to be able to contact eachother if that is okay with you. Anyway, just let me know if you want me to have your e-mail address and if you are not comfortable giving your e-mail address to me I understand, it is just a thought.

...meanwhile, an apology from myself - didn't mean to delete the entire thread - the spammer posted again during the time I was deleting and somehow the whole thread (totalling 3 posts, two from the spammer) got creamed... I'll get the hang of this dadburn computer thingamajig yet!!!
