I joined Inches-A-Weigh this past Tuesday. I have been to 2 workout classes. Very low impact, which I need. The only downfall is the cost... a lot of $$$. I am also not too fond of the Week 1 eating plan they have, but I have modified it to accomadate me and my lifestyle, while still eating right. Also, you receive vitamins and protein supplements (in the form of drinks) which you are required to use for at least the first month....after that, it is optional. I have over 100 lbs. to lose, I am hoping this will work!
Have you visited their website? Not a lot of information on it, but at least an outline.
