I havent tried it but do have the book and have reviewed it... also seen the author in a few interviews....
I think it is very resonable and it is great that you can eat a sweet every now and then! It is all about balance!
1) Lose 20 Pounds by the January 9th (1st Cruise of the year)
2) Lose 10 Pounds by February 19th (Convention in New Orleans)
3) Lose 20 Pounds by May 9th (2nd Cruise of the year)
4) Lose 50 Pounds by Dec 12th (3rd Cruise of the year)
