Another variation of the Cabbage Soup Diet...er um the Grapefruit Diet...The Egg Diet...etc.
Of course you realize that most of the weight lost so rapidly is WATER and lean muscle - and a very small amount of fat - since you're putting your body into STARVATION MODE by doing this type of diet.
And I can just picture the inevitable bingefest at the end of this diet (heck, for me it would be three days or less after starting this). So you lose 10% of your body weight in 10 days...I'd say ten days later those pounds will be back and they'll bring some friends with them...
Okay...there IS no miracle, no secret, no magic pill, no crash diet out there to help you PERMANENTLY lose weight. And I assume that's what we *all* want - to see the fat go bye-bye for good. From what you've written, this 'Sadkhin Diet' isn't worth the recycled paper it's printed on...
