Good Morning, back from my training trip. Must say I just walked right passed the exercise room. Did do a lot of walking while shopping, not counting that as real exercise tho.
For Monday - 825 - 70 = 755 Was so scared I'd forget to report this that I wrote it down in my check book ( a place I visit often, LOL) |
