Yesterday's window was 10:30 to 4. Made breakfast, took it to work, and had all my meals at work....working late into the night. Eggs, salad (with more eggs), grapes/cheese/blueberries....didn't get my exercise in...
Down 2lb this morning.
Lather, rinse, repeat...adding some pita/hummus as a snack for today...

Good Morning Everyone
I hope that everyone is having a great start to their week
FinallyFree I'm going to watch the youtube video you posted yesterday when I get home from work. I bet it was intersting. How's everything going?
SeeMyFeet on the 2lbs. I'll make my breakfast and take it with me to work as well. I don't eat a lot at home, only when working. I think it's boredom
SMaven
Have a great day everyone!

Hello everyone!
Welcome, Slimmer me! So happy you joined us.
FinallyFree, can you explain the A1P protocol to me? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that.
Good job, SeeMyFeet! I know that 2 lb loss was encouraging!
Hello again, lovemylife! Hope everything is going well for you.
Liliann and ImpalaHoarder, just saying hi. Check in when you can.
I will be going out of town tomorrow for a funeral so if you don't hear from me for the next few days that's why.
So just carry on! I'll check in when I get back.

Good Morning Everyone
I hope that everyone is having a great week so far Beautiful, beautiful weather
FinallyFree How's everything?
SMaven I have a funeral on Saturday, one of my co-workers that I also went to HS with. It's just so sad and we are the same age. He had a stroke at church on Father's Day and then passed away yesterday. It was a bad day at work yesterday. The company did send in grief counselors to help. We'll keep the thread going while you're away.
SeeMyFeet You're doing great with your eating windows. Way to go
ImpalaHoarder & Lillian
Have a great day everyone

Feet, you never know the fasting could be causing some of the hand pain as fasting can actually start healing some things in the body but you feel the area it is working on. Just hope so!
Hi LoveMyLife,,,,,I'm doing good. I saw 170 on the scale today. I believe the HFLC is helping
SMaven, the AIP is a lot to explain and it is for the autoimmune peeps, but my guess is it would be good for anyone. The point is to bring your diet into the extreme simple zone and then gradually start introducing the foods that you eliminated.....
Here's a tube talking about it.

Where is everyone going on vacation? No plans for me...just get more rest, more work done, and better organized around the house...hopefully some yard work.
Yesterday's dining hours were 9:30~3:00. Eggs, strawberries, salad (w/2 eggs). Down 0.8 from yesterday, down 3.2 from Monday's start, and 4.8 from Friday's most recent high/runaway weight gain....not as impressive as it sounds, as I'm essentially emptying out my gut.
I'm wondering how everyone is managing. Can you all post menus?

Hello everyone
I'm what I'd consider a 'snacker' during the day. I have a small 'snack' (usually a smoothie) for breakfast, and a snack for lunch, and my meal is dinner. Am I appropriate for this thread?
Have a great day all!

SeeMyFeet: Sometimes the scale just DOES stuff. If you're not cooking your eggs in excessive butter or oil, I wouldn't think it would be their fault. Try not to stress about it!
MY week has been going great! I haven't been drinking alcohol and HAVE been exercising a lot, and the result has been that my weight loss seems like it's finally getting off the ground! I need to make a fancy salad or something to celebrate tonight.
