I like the program..... I focused more on the exercises.... which although may sound easy truly does work you out..... the food is similiar to South Beach from what I can tell.... it is also very simple....
He also has another book for people that have over 30#s to lose... I have purchased this book also although I havent really looked at it yet.... read the board it may help you in your decision...
1) Lose 20 Pounds by the January 9th (1st Cruise of the year)
2) Lose 10 Pounds by February 19th (Convention in New Orleans)
3) Lose 20 Pounds by May 9th (2nd Cruise of the year)
4) Lose 50 Pounds by Dec 12th (3rd Cruise of the year)
