RawrGirl is trying the Sonoma diet for the first time, after doing Atkins for the past several years (and actually make goal for the first time). Then she gained much of it, if not all, back, so she is trying Sonoma this time since it incorporates carbohydrates (which is why she regained).

So is anyone else doing Sonoma? What do you think of it?
