General question about diet & exercise?
Losing as much weight I've lost, I'm still wondering the same thing; I have a weight loss app that counts calories and workouts. There is a barometer that lets me track everything. I have a set amount of calories I can consume in order to achieve weight loss. Am I supposed to eat up to that point or is it okay to eat less than the calorie deficit?
