They'll be fine for a couple of days. Sometimes I prep a whole salad the day before. On the bottom of the container I put the dressing. Then the sliced veggies (cucumbers, avocado, green peas, peppers etc), then the greens on top and the sliced chicken/protein and a fork on top of those. This keeps really well and all I have to do the next day is toss it.
