Personally I dont weight myself as it makes me hate my body -___- But I make sure that every month I will count myself (otherwise you wont know if what you are doing is effective or not). Maybe you gained muscles? Do you exercise yourself? 130 lbs of muscles and 130 lbs of body fat is not the same
And on the other hand maybe you are TOO skinny? I used to be 90 lbs (!!) and I wanted to lose MORE weight and I was eating only a salad a day. Still my body found a way to maintain my weight
So maybe you are too hard on yourself ?
