I'm new here. I have tried lots of diets, but have really struggled the last few years (I have hashimoto's). I'm considering following the plan in Suzanne Somers Sexy Forever. Has anyone done this with any success?
a bit about me:
I have lost weight in the past with Weight Watchers and calorie counting, but this doesn't work for me anymore because I feel so famished I can't even think! I really enjoyed WW and I think it's a great program if it works for you.
I work out about 6 hours a week (split between high-impact aerobics and toning - I'm on day 219 of Tracy Anderson's Continuity program). I use myfitnesspal and usually stick to about 1300 calories a day. I'm still about 10 pounds over a healthy BMI (5 foot 5 inches and 160 lbs).
