I was trying to do a search on a do it yourself ideal diet plan - I stumbled across this website and I am truly amazed by it! It seems that a bunch of people have done a do it yourself ideal protein diet. I do have 100 dollars a week to spend on food, but I would love to try this diet out - it seems pretty great and I know a lot of people with great results! I just can't find the guidelines when I do a quick search on Google, so I was wondering if anyone can help me out with telling me what the plan is and how much of what to eat and when to eat what?! If that makes sense, like do you have to eat so many cups of veggies a day, or do you have to eat so many cups for fruits a day?! This is what confuses me! Also, can you drink any alcohol at all? I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in November and lately I've just been feeling helpless and I hate it - I was to be beautiful on my big day, and honestly I don't think I will feel beautiful with my current weight. I just want to lose 25 - 30 lbs and I know I can do it! I'm just not sure of how this diet works! T
