Hello everyone! I found the forums searching for tom venuto's book and I saw that a few people have some experience with it.

So, has anyone read Tom Venuto's new hardcover book "burn the fat feed the muscle" that's selling on Amazon right now? I bought the e-book 3 years ago and was wondering if there are changes or differences/additions to the hardcover version.
