I haven't been on 3FC for a few years and have done a fairly good job maintaining my weight. I've recently gained a bit of weight and want to track my food in the next month or so. I found I was doing a lot of stress eating this school year, so I wanted to have a plan to follow to keep me accountable.
I've been eating primal/paleo for a few years to help with my Hashimoto's, and I also do crossfit a few times per week. I just ordered and received Christmas Abbott's new book and was wondering if anyone else is using it?
I'm going to start with the "Minimalist" approach because I have two weeks of school left and don't have time to weigh/measure. I then plan to move to "Modifier" but I believe I will have to add bricks to insure I'm not hungry.
If anyone else is trying this plan, let me know. I would love to have a thread!
