I need help finding a Diet Plan, maybe some of you guys have some recommendations.
I am looking for a Diet that I can apply for atleast 3 months, I would like a diet plan that tells me what I should be eating everyday, I am not looking for anything extreme.
I could also do a 15 - 30 day diet, and do some research into better eating while I apply the plan. At the moment, I need a diet that tells me what to eat in every meal until I learn how to eat/cook/buy healthier.
So far I've looked into:
I am actually looking for a diet like they used to give you. A book with a 30 day plan of the what you are supposed and done, this online subcription things just arent for me.
