Default Need Help choosing a Plan

Hello Everyone

I need help finding a Diet Plan, maybe some of you guys have some recommendations.
I am looking for a Diet that I can apply for atleast 3 months, I would like a diet plan that tells me what I should be eating everyday, I am not looking for anything extreme.
I could also do a 15 - 30 day diet, and do some research into better eating while I apply the plan. At the moment, I need a diet that tells me what to eat in every meal until I learn how to eat/cook/buy healthier.
So far I've looked into:
Weight watchers
I am actually looking for a diet like they used to give you. A book with a 30 day plan of the what you are supposed and done, this online subcription things just arent for me.

Hi Jabalma, I found a low calorie 7-day plan on Good Housekeeping's site: http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/heal...ht-meals-oct04. If you don't like these or want more ideas, just google "low calorie diet plan" and you'll be able to find more free suggestions. Good luck!
Current Attempt (Slow Carb Diet, started July 19, 2013) <> Previous Attempt (Calorie-Counting, 2009)

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
