Hello. My name is Deb and this is my first post. I'm still learning to navigate the different forums, but my question is this.

Is there any place I can see the menus some of you follow or a list of foods you eat on a daily basis? I realize everyone is different, but it neat to see the kinds of foods others are including in their diets, and what works for them.

I would try the journals tab at the top of the site. Some may post what they eat in their journals.

Hi Brightlight. Welcome to the best forum on planet Earth. (If I do say so myself.) You can poke around in just about any of the threads and find suggestions on menus and recipes. Lots of folks here with lots of great ideas!
