I weigh myself in the morning after using the bathroom. The first time i get on the scale always shows the lowest number. Would that be the best one to use? I always weigh myself several times after that and use the number that shows up at least 2 times. Which one would be more accurate? Or is there something different I should do?
The scale I use now usually shows the same every time I get on but in the past with my old scale I have done what you do. I don't feel it matters as long as there's no huge difference in the numbers.
