I'd like to start this...I don't have the book yet though. I know I need to eat 1lb cooked veggies daily and 1lb raw veggies daily, but after that I get a little lost. What dressings can I use on salads?
It says no dairy, but is that because of fat? What about FF sour cream? I usually mix a teaspoon with salsa to make a very low cal dressing. Can I even have salsa?
It says 2oz avacado daily max...is that it for fat? So if I have that I can't have any other fat like nuts or oil based dressing?
Has anyone done this? Advice?
