I'm currently reading the book by Michel Montignac called Eat Yourself Slim. It was reffered to me by a friend of my sister's. Apparently, he's a health-freak and has read and is following points in this book. It's not about counting calories, carbs or fat. It's about eating different things at different times of the day (what I've heard). I haven't gotten far in the book yet so I can't be sure. I just wanted to see if someone had read this book and their thoughts on it.
