Hey! I was wondering how to deal with eating and stay OP while sick? Right now I am battling allergies and part of a head cold as well as my stomach being ill for over 24 hours now. It feels like everything I eat or drink goes straight through me! I have been eating but I feel unwell and don't have much of an appetite.
Suggestions anyone on how to make sure my body is getting enough protein and fluids when I feel ill?
Also, what is in the IP sea salt that makes it mandatory? Does any sea salt work or is it a special mineral that is required?
