Yes, it is okay. Apple with nut butter, greek yogurt or cottage cheese is good with some veggies. Back when I was working out, I usually made a spinach/cucumber/grape tomato salad with some cottage cheese/hot sauce mix as "dressing" for post-workout snack. Oh yea, sometimes I mix a little bit of greek yogurt in my peanut butter to eat with apples for more of a protein boost.
