Dieting when unwell

Ok, so I have had a 24hr bug yesterday, I hope it's just 24hr. I still feel a bit sickly.
What would one do diet wise afterwards? I am sipping lots of water. The thing is I'm doing a LVCD (exante) so shouldn't go outside of the products. But really don't fancy them, or much else to be honest. Any recommendations welcome please.

Hey Tweetie...I would just drink soups until you're feeling well enough to eat whole foods :) besides soups are great both for weight loss as well as for the sick
