if I just go to the store when I go shopping, stay on the outer perimeter of the store and pick healthy things, stay under my caloric goal, get a workout d.v.d, like a dance video and do it everyday, could I lose weight?? and for cravings and stuff I would make fruit smoothies or eat frozen fruit
Yep, that easy. I would say for your cravings that once in a while you could give into them, as long as you don't do it too often. We've got to have a treat now and then....but not to talk you out of eating the healthy stuff if it satisfies you. Just saying once in a while. I'm tired today, so please forgive my rambling.
