Strong flavours, like minty chewing gum, fresh strips, or toothpaste, spicy soups (add curry pwd & hot sauce to broth), 70%+ dark chocolate (just a bit tho!) or grapefruit often helps to curb my cravings. Excercising or going to bed doesn't hurt either.
