I've been doing a 16/8 plan with some occasional 24 fasts... So I eat during an 8 hour window... for me usually from 12pm to 8pm and then I don't eat after 8pm until after 12pm the following day... Sometimes I adjust my eating "window" because of my schedule to 2pm to 10pm... But for me IF is more of a strategy to keep my calorie levels in check and hopefully, helping in a favorable change in body composition and not really about losing weight...
But definitely check out the Eat,Stop,Eat, Fast 5, Leangains , And OTHER IF forum here... it's pretty active...
