Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for advice and thoughts as to which diet either South Beach or Dukan would be the better diet. I want to know which one would offer more variety. I'm just looking for any opinions from anyone who has tried these. Please give me the good and the bad. Thank you in advance!!!

I did South Beach before...works pretty good! I am not familiar with Dukan - what is that?

I have been on the dukan diet since August and it's the only diet that has ever worked for me and the weight has stayed off! It was tough to start with, I used to live on bread and other carbs! But after completely cutting them out for a few days I no longer craved them. I have recommended it to so many friends who have also had amazing success on it!
