Default Update!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I posted about my blood pressure and water. But here is one more please bare with me.

From the start.
Last Jusy I started working out at 371.2 pounds and was told 4-5 liters of water a day. About 1 month later I was getting weird headed and went to the doctor and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was put on pills and stopped working out. But I continued dieting and my 4-5 liters of water.
My blood pressure was always in the 140-150/90-100 with my pills. Now last week I started researching if water can affect your blood pressure and many sites I found said yes too much water can raise your pressure and sometimes a lot. So I said for one week I cut my water back to 2.5-3 liters a day and weird blood pressure was 125/85 99% of the days and under.
So I thought it was the water all along. Then 2 days ago I read on the water cure where you drink half your body weight in water which for me is 4 liters along with 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt for every 16 ounces.
So I always thought salt was bad for your pressure so I decided to just do 1/2 my body weight in water to see if the water raised my pressure and today was 156/100 so water does raise my pressure tons and just a note before I was working out I would drink maybe 2 glasses of water a day and about 3-4 glasses of pop.

So I was wondering if anyone here ever heard or has it ever happened to them that water raises their bloor pressure.

Thanks for reading and commenting on this for me.

Not directly analogous - but from the flipside: I have orthostatic intolerance, a condition where my body doesn't regulate BP well - so it's normally low, but can get terribly low. Since I was dx'ed 15 years ago, I've been told to use water + salt as one of the main ways I keep my BP "up" by numerous doctors.

It's common knowledge that salt makes you retain water / can impact BP, but the water side of it doesn't seem to get the same level of recognition. What you're reporting meshes with my experience on the end of the spectrum. How great that you've discovered what works better for your body!
