I'd love to find other people on this forum who are doing the Turbocharged Diet. I read the book last year and started a "revised" diet plan - cut carbs back, ate lots more veggies and fruit. But, I thought the calorie restrictions were too much for me to handle right away, then I just forgot about the book.
A few weeks ago, after gaining back 10lb of the 30 I had lost while STILL watching what I ate and working out 2-3 days a week, I started in with 40 min on the treadmill, eliminated all grain/pasta/bread, upped fruit and veggies and added a whey shake as an afternoon snack instead of noshing on whatever is available. 4 lbs gone in 3 weeks.
I brought out the Turbocharge Your Diet book on Thursday, and started Turbocharging whole heartedly. They say you can lose 1-2 lbs daily... The only difference I'm making is that I don't eat very much fruit (too much sugar) 3 lbs in 3 days gone. Yay! No hunger, no cravings! Loving this!
